| WCKC MEMBERSHIP MINUTES December 12, 2010 Meeting was called to order at 1:45 p.m. by President Dianne Lange. Meeting was held at the Waynesville First Church of Christ in Waynesville, Ohio. Goals for 2011 will be finding a future site for our training. Hope to have training classes start in 2011. Show is coming along nicely. Trophies are still needed please contact Kim Schaffter at (937) 748- 0120 or email at loveiws@aol.com All trophies need to be submitted by Jan. 11, 2011 to be shown in our premium. Puppy Match will be held at the Lebanon Armory in Lebanon. Entry fees were discussed and set. Photos will be taken with the Easter Bunny. See our website for full details. New member was voted in. We welcome Denise Day of Lynchburg, Ohio. 2011 Board of Directors vote was held. 2011 Board will stand as follows. President – Mary Wuest 1st Vice President – Jaime Barnes 2nd Vice President – Suzy Howard Treasurer – Jim Prickett Recording Secretary – Shannon Shearer Corresponding Secretary – Connie Blanken Board Members Bobbie Gratz Kim Schaffter Jeremy Shearer Guest was introduced. We welcomed Krista Basta who wishes to join our club. Brags were made Melissa Koch – Xena her Franchie Q’ed 4 out of 8 runs @ Clermont Co. Dog Training Club CPE Trial on 10/30/10 and 10/31/10. Got her Intermediate Title, Q in both games at Superdog Trail on 11/13/10. Xena’s photo was in the Canine Chronicle doing agility at the FBDCA National. K & A Schaffter – Modig received Major over specials in Columbus, Ohio. 3 majors in 4 days of showing went BOB 2 days. Merlin has Grand Champion Award and is #2 in Nation always breeder handled. Madge is pregnant and is due Christmas Day. Motion made by Jim to donate $50.00 to church for room our party was in. Ashley 2nd the motion. Motion made by Mary to donate $100.00 to Warren County Humane Society Ashley 2nd the motion. Motion made to adjourn due to dinner and the weather by Jim Denice 2nd the motion. |
